2 large eggs (or 1/2 cup egg substitute, calorie count will be lower) 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 tablespoon agave syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 8 slices Sara Lee Light and Delightful whole grain bread
Preheat a griddle pan on medium heat until hot. Whisk first 4 ingredients together in a shallow bowl. Quickly dunk bread slices in egg mixture, then place on preheated griddle. Cook 2-3 minutes on one side or until golden brown, then flip and cook an addition 2 minutes on the other side.
