Introduction

I used Wheat flour instead of oat flour and I also used a quarter cup of dark chocolate chips and a quarter cup of semi sweet everything else is the same :)

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    baking powder, 0.25 tbsp (remove)
    MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Hershey Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp (remove)
    100% Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Natural Raw Sugar, 6 tsp(remove)
    **Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet, 3 serving(remove)
    *Peanut Butter Chips, 4 tbsp(remove)

Tips

I didn't use parchment paper this last time, just sprayed the pan. Granted it didnt come out as easily but it still worked.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of the loaf pan
put it in the bottom and spray the pan with cooking spray
Pour in batter and cover losely with foil
bake for 30mins
remove foil and bake for another 20mins or until toothpick comes out clean


Serving Size: 8 1/2-1 inch slices
