Ingredients

    24 pitted dates
    8 slices bacon
    brown sugar
    24 tooth picks

Tips

They are 40 cals each so have a couple, but good luck not going overboard :)


Directions

1. preheat oven to 500 degrees and cover baking sheet with parchment paper

2. wrap 1/3 slice of bacon around each date and secure with toothpick

3. place seem side down on baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar

4. bake until bacon is well brown, about 8-12 minutes with rotating halfway through

5. drain on paper towel and serve
