Ingredients

2- 28 OZ Cans Ro-Tel Original Diced Toamotes and Green Chilies (entire Can)
2- 15.5 OZ Cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans (entire Can)
2.25 Pounds 80/20 Ground Beef (drained)
2- 1 Pound Package Great Value Mild Pork Sausage (drained)
1- 24 OZ Budweiser Beer
Chili Powder to taste
Tips
Can add any individually or in any combination, mushrooms, shreeded Cheese, and oyster cracker for additional flavor-Don't forget to track the nutritional information of any add ons
Directions
To a 6 Quart Dutch Oven add
2- 28 OZ Cans Ro-Tel Original Diced Toamotes and Green Chilies (entire Can)
2- 15.5 OZ Cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans (entire Can)
1- 24 OZ Budweiser Beer
Cook on Low
Cook Beef in a large skillet and Drain fat- add to the dutch oven
Cook Pork in large skillet (MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETELY COOKED)- Drain Fat and add to the dutch oven
add chili Powder to taste
Stir contents till they are well mixed
Cook on Medium for about 2 hours Stir occassionally.
Continue to cook on Med Low (simmer) for another 1-2 hours stir occassionally
Serving Size: Makes 24-1 Cup Servings (Do not convert to grams for nutrition)
