Introduction

GREAT way to make kale taste better. GREAT way to make kale taste better.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    I head Kale, washed
    Several tablespoons of olive oil
    Salt

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450. Shred kale by hand into chip-sized pieces. Coat lightly in with several tablespoons of olive oil. Spread out on in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for ten minutes; flip kale, bake for five more minutes until dry. Salt to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 8 severings, one or one half cup
