Introduction

Chili I just made up and wanted to know the nutritional value of. I didn't realize there was SO MUCH SODIUM!! If only I could figure out how to make it with just as much potasium and protien, but a tenth the salt I'd be killer happy! Chili I just made up and wanted to know the nutritional value of. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can Black beans
    1 can Navy beans
    1 can Chili beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 itty bitty can Tomato paste
    A buncy of Chili pepper (4 ish TBSP)
    Some paprika (2 ish TBSP)
    Pepper (coat the top)
    Garlic salt (sprinkle to taste)
    Cumin (I like lots)
    Sriracha Sause (Aka Rooster or Cock sause) 2 TBSP

Tips

Please feel free to tweek it! Go crazy! I'd love to know how you make it better :)


Directions

Through it all in a pot. Heat on medium. Eat when hot with crackers, cheese, or sour cream. I don't like to add those though, 'cause dairy gives me belly and gluten aint my firend.
