IntroductionThis is a delicious, quick and easy to make vegan sausage gravy to put on top of biscuits! This is a delicious, quick and easy to make vegan sausage gravy to put on top of biscuits!
I package of vegan sausage (I use Gimme Lean ground sausage)
2 cups soy milk
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cups flour, give or take, divided
Pinch of Paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
We eat this for breakfast and brunch -- as well as supper!
2. Pour in 2 cups of soy milk.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir to thicken mixture to make gravy. While stirring continuously, add additional flour gradually until gravy is desired consistency/ thickness.
4. Stir in paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove from heat and pour over vegan biscuits.
