3 sugar free Jello (red, green, lemon)
8 oz lt cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (540ml) 18 oz
1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
4 cup Miniature Marshmallow
Pour joule from pineapple into 2 cup measure. Add water to make 2 cups. Heat on stove until just boiling, remove from heat & add lemon jello and marshmallow. Stir to dissolve marshmallows. Let partially set. Blend cream cheese, mayo and pineapple. Blend with partially set lemon jello. When cool but not set add to jello base in pan. When middle layer is at least partially set, add top layer of jello.
Serving Size: makes 2 8X8 trays
