Introduction

This is a super simple recipe that anyone can make. This is a super simple recipe that anyone can make.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 sticks of margarine, softened
    1 cup PLUS 3 tbsp granulated sugar
    1.5 cups flour
    .5 tsp baking powder
    4 large eggs

Tips

I like to put a tent of tin foil on the top of the batter for the first hour of baking so it doesn't get too dark.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Grease/flour a loaf pan
Cream together margarine and sugar
Add eggs one at a time
Sift flour and baking powder together in separate bowl
Add dry mix to wet and blend until incorporated
Pour batter into loaf pan
Bake 60-90 minutes until done
