3 egg whites, 1 cup cocao powder, 1 T vanilla, 1 t espresso, 2.25 cups powdered sugar

at christmas I omitted espresso and added mint chips on top.
Directions
combine all ingredients. bake at 350 for 1- minutes on parchment paper lined pans. cool completely on pan
