Turkey broccoli pasta bake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz pasta
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c flour
    2 c chicken broth
    1.5 c milk
    4 c turkey
    1/2 c almonds, toasted
    2 c steamed broccoli
    1/2 c parmesan

Directions

Boil pasta per package instructions.
Toast almonds.
Steam broccoli & chop well.
Chop leftover turkey.
Make white sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add broth & milk, whisking well. When sauce is heated, add turkey, almonds & broccoli. Mix in pasta. Add to pregreased 13x9 pan & bake 30 minutes at 375F.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (13x9 pan)
