Ingredients

    Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 3 oz (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove)
    Splenda essentials No Calorie Sweetener, 3 tsp (remove)
    Western Family Non Fat Vanilla Yogart, 3 oz (remove)
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Western Family Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup, 1 cup (remove)
    Apples, fresh with skin, 1 cup, quartered or chopped

Directions

Mix Orange Juice, peel, cream cheerse, yogart, cottage cheese and psyllium husks together. Blend until smooth and divide into 4 equal servings and store in 1 c containers with lids.

Mix orange sections, apple slices, and grapes together. Divide into 4 equal servings. Keep in refrigerator.
