Ingredients

1/2 cup Orange Juice
2 tsp Orange peel
4 oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
6 oz Western Family Non Fat Vanilla Yogart
1/3 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2 tsp Psyllium husks
3/4 cup oranges
3/4 chopped fresh apples
3/4 cup seedless grapes

Directions
Mix Orange Juice, peel, cream cheerse, yogart, cottage cheese and psyllium husks together. Blend until smooth and divide into 4 equal servings and store in 1 c containers with lids.
