Introduction

This is my easy "I have some turkey I don't know what to do with" recipe. This is my easy "I have some turkey I don't know what to do with" recipe.

Ingredients

    16 oz turkey breast
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    2 cups uncooked instant brown rice
    1 can kale

Directions

Cook rice according to directions, then mix all ingredients together and heat through.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1.5 cup servings
