Ingredients

    Ham, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, diced
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 8 oz
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

using leftover baked ham,Boil off ham bone, clean and remove from pot using all the broth from cooked ham,add water and cabbage cook for about 10 minutes then add juice and veggies, simmer about an hour to let all veggies blend.

Serving Size: makes about 3 quarts of soup= 12- 1cup serving
