*Tilapia filet, 4 4 oz filets
Shrimp, raw, 16 oz 51-60 count
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Water, tap, .5 cup
Oroweat Health-full 10 Grain Bread, 2 slice
Take slices of bread and parmesan cheese and gring together in a coffee grinder to make very fine bread crumbs.
Combine 2 eggs with water until bubbly
dip fish and shrimp in binder, then dip into breading giving it a nice coating.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on a foil lines cookie sheet. Check for doneness and add additional time if needed.
