2 C Old Fashioned Oats
1/3 C Sunflower Seeds
1/4 C Shredded unsweeted Coconut
1/4 C Ground Flax Meal
1/4 C Almonds Whole
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 C Honey
2 T Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven 350
Parchment paper on cookie sheet
Mix ingredients in bowl, spread on cookie sheet.
Bake 15 Min, stir Bake 10, until golden.
Let cool, put in airtight container
