Ingredients

2 handfuls of raw spinach leaves
1 apple cored and cubed
1 small banana
1/4 cup low fat yogurt
1 tbsp flax seeds
ice cubes
Tips
Can add other veggies and fruit to suit the season.
Also can switch flax for chia or hemp seeds.
Directions
Puree everything together in blender until smooth Add a little water or iced green tea if too thick.
