2 handfuls of raw spinach leaves
1 apple cored and cubed
1 small banana
1/4 cup low fat yogurt
1 tbsp flax seeds
Can add other veggies and fruit to suit the season.
Also can switch flax for chia or hemp seeds.
Serving Size: 1 large -2 small servings
