    1 POUND GROUND VENISON
    4 CARROTS DICED
    1 CUP ONION CHOPPED
    1 LARGE GREEN BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
    1 CUP CELERY CHOPPED
    1 WHOLE HEAD OF GARLIC CHOPPED
    4 ROMA TOMATOES DICED
    4 CANS OF HUNTS DICED TOMATOES W/ GARLIC, BASIL AND OREGANO UNDRAINED
    2 TBSP OF BEEF BOULLION DISOLVED IN
    1 CUP OF HOT WATER
    4 CUPS HOME MADE BEEF STOCK LOW SODIUM
    1 CUP LOOSELY PACKED AND CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY
    2 OZ. OF COOKED SPINACH PASTA
    1 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
    2 TBSP EVOO

THIS IS AMAZING WITH HOT HOMEMADE BREAD OR BISCUITS. GREAT FOR A COLD WINTER DAY.


Directions

IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, BROWN GROUND VENISON, CARROTS,ONION, GARLIC, BELL PEPPER, AND CELERY. SAUTE UNTIL VEGGIES ARE TENDER. ADD FRESH AND CANNED TOMATOES, STOCK, WATER MIXED WITH BOULLION AND HERBS. WHEN MIXTURE IS NEARLY TO A BOIL. TURN OFF AND ADD 2 OZ. OF SPINACH PASTA. HEAT THROUGH AND SERVE.
