2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
.5 tsp salt
2 TBSP butter, melted
1 3/4 cup milk
2 bananas, mashed
can freeze the extra pancakes to have later in the week.
heat griddle, and wipe with melted butter. Pour half cup per pancake and cook until done.
Serving Size: 5 - 2 pancakes per serving
