Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Salt 1/2tsp

    Butter, salted, 1 stick
    1/2 c. Granulated Sugar,
    1/2 c. Brown Sugar, packed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    3/4 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels,

Directions

Mix together flour, bkg powder, bkg soda, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients, then mix in chips.

Roll into balls about a couple of Tbs each. At this point you can freeze or refrigerate the balls for a later time or just bake them.

Bake at 350 degrees for 16-20 minutes.
