3 Cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Cup Skim Milk
1/4 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese
1 tsp Salt
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan or skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
Stir in 1 tablespoon flour.
Add 1 cup milk; simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cream cheese and salt.
Poor over cooked, drained mixed vegetables
Serving Size: makes six 1/2 cup servings
