Ingredients

    1 Medium Head Cauliflower
    3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
    1 tbsp Milk, 2%
    1 tbsp butter, unsalted
    1 tsp salt, divided
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 clove of garlic, minced

Directions

Steam florets from one medium head of cauliflower until fork tender, adding 1/2 tsp of salt while cooking. Drain as well as possible, and mix with all other ingredients using a hand blender or with a potato masher if chunkier is desired.
