zippy taco chili

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cans of Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 pound of lean ground beef
    1 1/2 cups onion. diced
    1 cup green pepped, diced
    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    1 can light red kidney beans
    3 cups tomato sauce
    2 packs mild chili seasoning
    1/2 packet of taco seasoning

Tips

I usually put this together the night before so when i get up in the morning i put it in the slow cooker and let it cook all day.


Directions

brown hamburger in a pan then add to slow cooker. Add all other ingredients, turn on high and cook for 5 hours.
If you dont have that much time cook the onions and peppers in a pan until tender in a little butter then add to slow cooker and cook until hot.
