Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
PSYLLIUM Husks, 1 tsp (remove)
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1.75 serving (remove)

Orville Redenbacher's Smaft Pop 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn, 2 serving(remove)

Pop popcorn in air popper. Pour gelatin mixture over popcorn until well blended.
Put mixture onto cookie sheet. Break into small pieces the two Fiber 1 bars and sprinkle into mixture. Pour evenly the 3 T of peanuts into mixture.
Bake in oven at 250 for 30 min or until popcorn is dry.
Store in individual 1 c servings but do not freeze or refrigerate.
