Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
PSYLLIUM Husks, 1 tsp (remove)
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1.75 serving (remove)
Great Value Sugar Free Gelatin, 4 serving (remove)
Orville Redenbacher's Smaft Pop 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn, 2 serving(remove)
Salted Peanuts, 3.5 tbsp(remove)
Fiber 1 Bar, 2 serving

Directions
Dissolve Gelatin in Water over low heat. Add in Protein powder, psyllium husks and soy protein powder. Blend until smooth over medium heat and it begins to thicken,
Pop popcorn in air popper. Pour gelatin mixture over popcorn until well blended.
Put mixture onto cookie sheet. Break into small pieces the two Fiber 1 bars and sprinkle into mixture. Pour evenly the 3 T of peanuts into mixture.
Bake in oven at 250 for 30 min or until popcorn is dry.
Store in individual 1 c servings but do not freeze or refrigerate.
