Oven Roasted Potatoes

2 T. melted Margarine
2 t paprika
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
For those of you like me who live in a foreign country and don't have an oven: Never Fear! This recipe is easily adapted to a skillet, just cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and cook them in the butter until slightly crispy, and then sprinkle the spices and finish up. Just stir it a lot. You can make it more robust by dicing up some ham into it as well.
Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks.
Place in shallow 2 qt baking pan.
Pour butter over and toss until well coated.
Sprinkle with Spices
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-60 minutes
