2 cups soymilk - I use Silk Lite Plain
1 scoop Spirutein Vanilla protein powder
1 small banana
1 Tbl unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup oats
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Besides being filling and good-tasting, this will boost your energy level. Great for after workouts.
