Ingredients

1 C. whole wheat flour sifted (4oz by weight)
1/4 C. unsalted butter ( may use margarine)
2 tsp. ground ginger ( may use less depending on taste)
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp splenda for baking
6 tbls molasses
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. melt butter. add melted butter and molasses. form into balls using a mlon baller or a well rounded tsp. flatten each ball with the palm of your hand. place on greased baking sheet, or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 min. Makes 24
