Introduction

These are perfect as a balanced breakfast, and are best enjoyed with plenty of water as the oatbran swells up in your stomach and keeps you fuller for longer. Ingredients

    100g oatbran
    150g dried fruit (of your choice)
    40g muesli
    3-4 bananas
    1 tbsp truvia (or other sweetener)

Tips

If you wish to use sugar instead of truvia, put in 3 tablespoons because truvia is sweeter.


Directions

Heat the oven to 190C. Then mash the bananas, and add all other ingredients. Put them into cookie shapes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
