Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/2 cup of oats (not instant)
    1/2 cup of skim milk
    1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp of natural peanut butter
    1/2 Tbsp of honey

Mix oats, milk and frozen fruit in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for a minute and a half.

Stir in honey and peanut butter. (Adding them after heating helps the sticky ingredients to melt off of the measuring spoons.)

    Enjoy!

Tips

You can use fresh or frozen berries based on whether there're in season or not. Also try using other types of berries or fruit to suit your tastes. If the oatmeal comes out chewier than you like, try adding more milk; just remember to track the additional milk.

Directions
