Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter
    2 1/2 cups oats
    1/2 cup toasted lentils
    3/8 cup walnuts chopped
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/8 cup dried cranberries
    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
    3/8 cup sunflower seeds
    1/3 + 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

Toast lentils ahead of time & cool completely. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Press into a lightly greased cake dish. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool, cut & eat.

To toast lentils: Soak in water for 4-6 hours. Drain & bake on a cookie sheet for approximately 30 minutes at 350.

Serving Size: Makes 12 bars
