Ingredients

    3 T flour mix with
    1 cup skim milk
    spray pan with butter flavored pam toss
    3 cups shrimp then add
    2 t curry powder
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t paprika
    1/8 t nutmeg
    2 t freshly grated ginger
    1 T lemon juice
    1/8 t worcestershire sauce
    pour milk flour mixture add
    4oz Neufchatel cheese
    cook till thickened
