Introduction

Salmon patties made from frozen salmon that had been hiding in the back of the freezer! Salmon patties made from frozen salmon that had been hiding in the back of the freezer!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid, 4 tbsp
    Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 11 oz
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Old Bay, 2 serving
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 8 cracker

Directions

Thaw the salmon and mash/chunk it up. Mix in all the other ingredients and divide into six balls. Flatten balls and cook in nonstick pan without oil until brown, flip. Probably 3-4 minutes per side.

Serving Size: Makes 6 patties (have 2!) high in protein
