Orential Veggie Soup

Ingredients

    Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Tofu, firm, 0.5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Waterchestnuts 0.5 cup slices
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (or to taste)
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    cumin (ground), 1 serving
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp (to taste)

Directions

Mix all incredients in a pot on the stove. Bring to a boil and let cook for about 7-10 mins. Pour and serve :) Very easy!!
