5 cans (16 oz) fat free, low sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 tsp each oregano, basil
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp Bell's poultry seasoning, salt free
1 cup egg noodles
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken breast, cooked
Add 1 cup noodles and biol 8 minutes.
Add turkey, heat through approx. 10 minutes more, serve.
Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings
