Introduction

Modeled after the dressing at a fast food place and a favorite store brand. This tastes incredible and is super low calorie. Modeled after the dressing at a fast food place and a favorite store brand. This tastes incredible and is super low calorie.
Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    1/3 C. Plain nonfat yogurt
    1/3 C. Kraft Light Mayonnaise
    1/3 C. White Balsamic Vinegar
    1/3 C. Simply Orange Juice
    1/8 t. salt
    1 T. Poppy seeds

Tips

Don't omit the salt, it will balance the bitter and sour flavors, all you need is a tiny pinch!


Directions

1) Add all ingredients except poppy seeds to container suitable for mixing with an immersion blender, container should be at least 2 cup capacity.
2) Using blender combine until mixture is uniform.
3) Add poppy seeds and pulse to combine.

Serving Size: 22 Tablespoons of dressing (11 servings)
