Introduction

THESE ARE WONDERFUL WITH A CUP OF COFFEE. NOT VERY SWEET BUT LOADED WITH NUTRITION. THESE ARE WONDERFUL WITH A CUP OF COFFEE. NOT VERY SWEET BUT LOADED WITH NUTRITION.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

2 CUPS OLD FASHIONED OATS UNCOOKED
    2 VERY RIPE BANANAS MASHED
3 TBSP. PEANUT BUTTER (I USED JIF)
    1/2 CUP CRAISINS

Tips

THIS IS THE EASIEST COOKIE RECIPE I HAVE EVER MADE. THEY ACTUALLY GOT COMPLETELY DONE FROM BEGINNING TO END, IN THE TIME OF ONE LOAD OF LAUNDRY. THEY ARE NOT SUPER SWEET BUT YOU CAN TASTE EVERY INGREDIENT. YUMMY WITH COFFEE!

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. MASH BANANAS AND PEANUT BUTTER. ADD OATMEAL AND MASH UNTIL ALL OATS ARE INCORPORATED. FOLD IN THE CRAISINS. USING A ROUNDED TBSP. AND DISPOSABLE PLASTIC GLOVES, FORM A FIRM BALL BY SQUEEZING THEM VERY TIGHTLY AND THEN ROLLING SLIGHTLY. THEY FALL APART OTHERWISE. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES, ON PARCHMENT PAPER LINED PAN FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES. LET COOL AND ENJOY.
