Introduction

This dressing goes with the Pomegranate Apple Salad. This makes about 2 cups but only about 1/4 cup is used with the salad. This can be made days in advance of serviing. This dressing goes with the Pomegranate Apple Salad. This makes about 2 cups but only about 1/4 cup is used with the salad. This can be made days in advance of serviing.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1/3 cup vinegar
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 small onion
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except the oil and poppy seeds in a blender or food processor.
2. After the ingredients are well blended slowly add the oil.
3. Add poppy seeds and shake well.
4. Store in refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 32 1-Tbsp servings
