Added Fiber in your Smoothie Added Fiber in your Smoothie
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup non-fat Milk
    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    1/3 cup low-fat Plain Yogurt
    1 cup Mixed Berries, slightly thawed if frozen (I use Trader Joes Berry Medley)
    1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats (I use TJ's Multi-grain)
    **water, if need to thin

Directions

Place Milk, OJ, Yogurt, Oats, mixed Berries in Blender.
Blend until desired constitency is reached.
* Add water to thin if necessary.
