IntroductionAdded Fiber in your Smoothie Added Fiber in your Smoothie
1/4 cup non-fat Milk
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/3 cup low-fat Plain Yogurt
1 cup Mixed Berries, slightly thawed if frozen (I use Trader Joes Berry Medley)
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats (I use TJ's Multi-grain)
**water, if need to thin
Blend until desired constitency is reached.
* Add water to thin if necessary.
