Japanese style ginger teriyaki chicken

Introduction

Easy! Add lots of ginger and whatever veggies you like! Easy! Add lots of ginger and whatever veggies you like!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts

    Canola oil for cooking (2 tbsp)

    Thumb size amount of minced or grated ginger

    1-2 green onions

    1-2 tbsp brown sugar

    1-2 tbsp soy sauce

    Any veggies( broccoli, green beans, etc.)

Directions

1. Cook ginger and onions and veggies then add chicken strips
2. When chicken is cooked add seasoning

Serving Size: 6 main dish servings
