Ingredients

    250 ml unsweetened unflavoured almond milk
    1/2 banana, cut into chunks
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened wild blueberries

Tips

The fruit sweetens the smoothie; you could add sweetener if you need it (adjust the nutritional information if so).


Directions

Blend the almond milk, banana, chia seeds, and cocoa powder together until smooth. Add the frozen blueberries and pulse until just blended.
