Ingredients

1 cup Non-fat Yogurt
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup 2% Milk
1 tsp. Sugar
Sprinkle of Cinnamom
1/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Tips
This recipe tastes delicious without the cinnamon and/or vanilla too.
Directions
Put all of the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender and blend on medium speed for a minute, stirring once if necessary. Pour and serve.
