Chopped beed Chili Chopped beed Chili
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Beef, eye of round, 12 oz
    Beans, red kidney, 6 cup
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup
    Better than Bouillon Beef Base, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

dice beef, chop onion and pepper, add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high 2 hours. season to taste.
