Chynna's protein pack Haitian Oatmeal Breakfast

Introduction

A warm breakfast on a cold day...Sometimes you just can't eat a cold greek yougurt. A warm breakfast on a cold day...Sometimes you just can't eat a cold greek yougurt.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    .75 cup of Quick Oats
    2 cups of 1% Milk
    6 Packets of Splenda/Equal
    1tsp of Nutmeg
    1tsp of Ground Cinnomin
    1sp of Vanilla Extract
    .75 cup of nonfat powdered Milk


Directions

Blend it all together in the blender until pureed.
Then add to your pot on the stove under medium heat.
Stir slow until it starts to thicken.
Pour immediately into 3 serving bowls.
Let cool or eat it hot.
