Ingredients

    1 cup Frozen Pineapple
    1 small Banana, fresh or frozen
    6 - 8oz NonFat Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 cup Water (add more for thinner smoothie)
    Dash Coconut Extract

Directions

Add all ingrediants to the blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
