Ingredients

    Applesauce, sweetened, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Orange Juice, 0.12 cup (remove)
    Walnuts, 0.06 cup, chopped (remove)
    Water, tap, 0.12 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Baking Soda, 0.12 tsp (remove)
    Oats, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1.50 tsp (remove)
    Truvia Baking Blend, 1 tsp (remove)
    Soy Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Black figs, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Western Family Non Fat Vanilla Yogart, 4 oz(remove)
    SOY PROTEIN POWDER, 1 tbsp

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8x8 pan. Combine figs, walknuts, sugar, orange juice and hot water. Set aside. Add applesauce, baking soda, oats, soy flour and Truvia together. Blend together into a dough. Reserve 1/2 the dough. With floured fingertips, press thin layer of remaining dough in bottom of prepared pan.
Firmly press down and spread evenly. Mash with potato masher the fig mixture until it is finely mixed. Pour into pan spreading it evenly. Drop reserved dough by teaspoonfuls over the top, allowing fig mixture to show between drops. Press down remaining dough. Sprinkle on brown sugar blend across entire pan in a thin layer.
Bake until golden brown about 30 min., Cool completely in pan. Cut in half and then ea half in thirds.
Put in 1 c containers and add 2 oz vanilla yogart to ea serving. Blend together.
Can be frozen in individual containers for make and take.
