Chipotle Black Bean Burgers (DF)

Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinse and drain
1 c mashed sweet potato (about 1 large potato - peeled)
1/4 c oat flour (1/3 cup ground oats=1/4 c oat flour)
1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp chipotle chilli pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Tips
Guacamole would be good with this or just slices avocado.
Directions
Preheat oven to broil setting
Mash beans in a large bowl, leaving some whole.
Mix in sweet potatoes, oat flour, parsley,chipotle pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
scoop out @ 1/3 cup of bean mixture and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten and shape into circle with a spatula. Repeat, making 6 burgers.
Broil 4 inches from heat about 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip and broil 2 more minutes.
