Vegetable Beef Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Campbell's Tomato Soup, 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Peas, canned, 1 cup
    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Diced into 1in chunks
    Green Beans French style canned, 1 cup
    Hamburger, 453 grams/ 1 lb of ground beef 93% lean
    Beef broth, 1.5 cup
    Canned Corn 1 cup
    2 Cups of Water

Directions

Cook hamburger on stove till cooked thoroughly. I like to add a little steak seasoning to mine. But this is optional. While hamburger is browning, mix all other ingredients together in a 7 quart crock pot. Once beef is done, add it to the mixture. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Can serve alone or over rice.
