Introductionberries, banana, and spinach! berries, banana, and spinach!
For one serving, blend the following:
.5 banana, fresh or frozen
a handful of frozen strawberries (5-6)
a handful of frozen blueberries (about .5 cup)
2 cups (2 big handfuls) baby spinach
about .5 cup yogurt (I use Chobani 0% plain, you could use any of the 0% flavors)
1 cup water
After the ingredients are liquified, add about a cup (or less, depending on how thick you want the smoothie to be) of ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie has a milkshake consistency and all the chunks of ice are gone.
Serving Size: makes one large serving, around 16 oz
