Ingredients

    - 1/2 small pot full of water( about 4-5 cups)

    - about 5 thin slices of ginger

    - 1 tsp of hao stock

    - little swirl of sesame oil(opt)

    Things to add:
    - greens( spinach, collard, chard)

    -1/2 block of tofu(cubed)

    -1 green onion stalk

    -1 chicken breast

    - 1 egg

    - black pepper& vinegar=hot and sour soup


Directions

1. add ginger and wait till water boils then add hao ans sesame oil
2. if cooking greens or chicken add them from beginning
3. tofu and egg should cook for a short time

Serving Size: about 4 to 5 small bowls of soup
