Introduction

I needed a healthier version of beef strogenoff that my husband the meat and potatoes man would like. I needed a healthier version of beef strogenoff that my husband the meat and potatoes man would like.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Turkey 8 oz.cooked
    Broth or bullion 8 oz.
    Sourcream 1 Tbs.
    Onion .25 cup
    Mushrooms .25 cup
    Plain flour .25 cup
    Cooked egg noodles 2 cups

Tips

Vegetables can be added to sauce before adding flour and saute till soft then add flour. Servings will be larger depending on amount added.


Directions

Saute onions ,mushrooms, pepper in olive oil. Add flour and brown slightly. Add broth and stir. Add sour cream and add to cooked noodles. Serve with vegetables .or add them to sauce before adding flour and saute till soft then add flour. Servings will be larger depending on amount added.
